Week of April 28 - May 4

We will be installing structural columns in the metal building as indicated on this drawing next week. Please continue to use the front door for primary access. W4 and the loading dock will stay open during this time but there will be construction in the immediate area so please use caution. If this becomes a safety issue we will notify the building of any changes.

Following this work we will install columns in the W7 area along the exterior wall from American Documentaries to MP Architects. This is likely to begin the following week. Tenants who will be affected during this phase are being communicated with directly. NOTE: There will be a crane on site when we begin this work and the area within the crane radius will be OFF LIMITS. We will send a detailed update about the crane work before it commences.
