This week is going to be a busy one with a few things going on simultaneously.

  1. Pile Driving Continues: We will be continuing interior piles in the back of the building by the boiler room and near Saxy, Jacks and Stems into the following week. Tenants in this area of the building are being communicated with directly. PLEASE NOTE: there will be noise, water and disruptions to egress in the east and west entrances. PLEASE USE THE FRONT ENTRANCE ONLY AND COMMUNICATE THIS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

  2. Concrete Work on the East Side This area of the building REMAINS CLOSED and is available FOR EMERGENCY EGRESS ONLY.

  3. Transformers: In addition to everything else this week we will be replacing transformers with more modern, efficient units. There will be disruptions to power so we will be doing most of this work after 5pm.

LOADING DOCK CLOSURE

We will need to close the loading dock for 10 days. Proposed closure is from May 2-12th. NOTE: This is subject to change.
