Week of May 5 - 11
Things are going to be ramping up this week with a large delivery of our wall panels coming on Monday. There will be multiple tractor trailers coming to 310 via Laurel Street. We will be storing these wall panels in the back parking lot.
In order to maintain the safety on site you will notice that we have fenced off the area from the end of the metal building. Beyond this fence will be restricted access that will be available to preauthorized businesses. NOTE: The public is required to use the front door to enter the building. Emergency exits remain marked and available in case of an emergency.
Interior pile work will continue in the back of the building in the old Lumens space on Monday followed by working adjacent to the freight elevator (which will remain closed) NOTE: The loading dock will also be closed during this time. This will be followed by the area between Jacks Crackers and Saxy with the following week finishing up adjacent to Stems (after Mother’s Day) Due to the unknowns of earthwork we can only provide projections of what is anticipated for schedule and locations. Actual results are very likely to be different than what’s listed here. We will continue to communicate directly with those being affected directly.
