Pile Work on the East Side of 310

The pile contractor will continue to do work on the east side of the building starting near the MC2 entrance and moving north.  Thursday all of these piles will be filled with grout and will take all day. We'll be hanging tarps from the roof, and possibly covering some windows to protect the building. Tenants that will be adjacent to this work are: KCS Architects, MC2, Anthony Pierce and Jump & Jive. 

The following week they will be finishing up pile work on the east side of the building. We will post more details on that next week.

During this time you can expect the parking on the east side to be minimally to completely unavailable at times. Construction fencing and signage will specify details on a daily basis. Please be prepared to use the main entrance on the south end of the building (S1) and/ or the West side by the loading dock (W4)
