Week of May 27-June 2

PLEASE CONTINUE TO USE THE FRONT DOOR FOR ENTERING AND EXITING THE BUILDING.

We anticipate having the loading dock back in service mid to late next week. If you are in need of using it before it is reopened please reach out to us and we can arrange something to meet your needs.

We will be excavating below the murals (between the metal building and loading dock.) Once this is done, and the loading dock fill is removed we will move the construction fence to the northwest corner of Saxy Chef’s building. This will make the dumpsters accessible once again for the time being.

The last portion of the pile scope of work is the forming and pouring of concrete caps that will fill the holes. This work will be much less disruptive than the pile work and will not take nearly as long. We anticipate 3 weeks for this scope depending on material availability. 

Lastly, the freight elevator will not be operational next week, we did everything possible to get it back in service but engineering and material availability were our downfall. We will keep everyone posted on when it will be back in service.
